④确定阀门的公称参数。阀门的公称压力、公称直径的确定应与安装的工艺管道相匹
配。一般情况下,’工艺管道在设计时,应用的标准体系(是“大外径系列”还是“小外径系
列,’)是决定压力管路其他元件应用标准的基础.例如,如果选用“小外径系列”的管子应
用标准,它只能与JB法兰或HGJ法兰匹配,而阀门应是JB系列阀门,否则,无法匹配使
用.同理,若使用“大外径系列”管子,它与ANSI, ISO及GB标准相匹配使用,不锈钢人孔,并能与
API阀门匹配使用。阀门一般是安装在工艺管道中,因此其操作工况应随工艺管道的设计选
择相一致,管道的压力等级确定后,阀门的公称压力自然就定下来了.管道采用的标准体系
及管道压力等级确定后,所采用阀门的公称压力、公称直径、不锈钢离心泵,阀门标准就可确定下来。
⑤确定阀门材质。根据工艺管道的介质、工作压力、工作温度确定所选用阀门的壳体

⑧阀门型号确定后,可查出所选阀门的几何参数:结构长度、法兰连接形式及尺寸
(或其他方式连接)、启闭时阀门高度、连接的螺栓孔尺寸及数量、整个阀门的外形尺寸及重
量等,为阀门现场安装打下基础。
